Program (Jerusalem)
Zionism, the national liberation movement of the Jewish people, brought about the establishment of the State of Israel, and views a Jewish, Zionist, democratic and secure State of Israel to be the expression of the common responsibility of the Jewish people for its continuity and future.
The Jerusalem Program's Foundations of Zionism are:
- Unity of the Jewish People 
 The unity of the Jewish people and its deep bond to its historic homeland, the Land of Israel.
- Centrality of Israel and Jerusalem 
 The central role of the State of Israel and Jerusalem, its capital, in the life of the Jewish nation.
- Aliyah and Integration 
 Encouragement of Aliyah (immigration to Israel) from all countries, and the effective integration of all immigrants into Israeli society.
- Strengthening Israel as a Democratic and Moral Society 
 Shaping Israel as a Jewish, Zionist, and democratic state with a unique moral and spiritual character, guided by mutual respect and the vision of the prophets.
- Commitment to Peace and Global Contribution 
 Striving for peace and contributing to the betterment of the world.
- Jewish Education and Culture 
 Ensuring the future of the Jewish people by advancing Jewish, Hebrew, and Zionist education, fostering spiritual and cultural values, and promoting Hebrew as the national language.
- Mutual Jewish Responsibility and Advocacy 
 Fostering a shared sense of responsibility among Jews, defending Jewish rights, representing national Zionist interests, and combating anti-Semitism.
- Practical Zionism through Settlement 
 Promoting settlement of the Land of Israel as a core expression of practical Zionism.
- Support for Defense and National Service 
 Encouraging enlistment in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and security forces, and promoting full National Service for those exempt from military duty.
